To return an item, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
For shipped orders:
Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for all returns.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
* Jewelry is not returnable. Gift cards, sale items, and earrings are final sale.
